Korthos CAD display conversions — 3 October 2026 ORCA v2 right hand: ORCA, MIT licence in ORCA-LICENSE.txt. Source: https://github.com/orcahand/orcahand_description/tree/b9b349a21ee0238c62b6cf92ae7597027867adf8/v2 . Original mesh placements, joint hierarchy, offset pivots, axes and ranges preserved; neutral display materials, logo mesh omitted. No copied RLWRLD assets. Structural view hides skin meshes. No tendon, force, collision or grasp simulation. SpryDrive 8318: Benjamin Bokser, MIT licence in SPRYDRIVE-LICENSE.txt. Source: https://github.com/bbokser/sprydrive/tree/a5c8745e6b95743e99fb214b3d99b1fad1eaf679 . Original STEP assembly tessellated with occt-import-js offline; small fastener threads simplified. Original assembled positions preserved; grouping, exploded spacing and display section added. Ideal 7:1 planetary motion follows the source ratio and 12-tooth sun. No load, rolling-contact, electromagnetic or performance simulation. Printed frame parts use a plastic display finish. These remain named reference designs, not original Korthos hardware or CAD for the other listed products. No endorsement is implied. Three.js and OrbitControls are MIT licensed separately in ../vendor/LICENSE.txt. Conversion hashes and source commits are in the adjacent provenance JSON files. RealSense D435 and L515: Intel / RealSense ROS description meshes, Apache-2.0; see REALSENSE-LICENSE.txt. Pinned source: https://github.com/realsenseai/realsense-ros/tree/9a11121700cb4780e273e34141f6402fe184321d/realsense2_description . Converted from Collada to GLB; assembled positions retained, flat normals reconstructed where absent, functional display grouping and separated views added. 88 byte-identical coincident L515 meshes removed. L515 is discontinued and shown only as a historical architecture reference. Encoder: four original SpryDrive parts extracted, positions unchanged, materials recoloured for inspection. SpryDrive motor display: winding envelopes coloured copper, magnet segments charcoal, stator supports steel, encoder board green. These are explanatory display finishes, not certified material grades. Selection uses a temporary blue tint across all viewers. D435: existing front aperture triangles separated into stereo/projector display groups using the documented aperture positions. Dark optical surfaces and grey housing finishes added. L515: dark cover, grey housing and internal display finishes added. These are explanatory colours, not material certifications. Original vertices unchanged. Totem 54 mm linear actuator: original design by POINTBLANK LLC, adapted by Anthrobotics; MIT licence in TOTEM-LICENSE.txt. Source: https://github.com/Anthrobotics/totem-linear-actuator/tree/5f224a3e371428ca5543ebe020f9f3e173ab2a34 . Original 27-part STEP assembly converted to GLB, original geometry and assembled positions preserved. Functional groups, explanatory finishes, separated view and ideal extension added. Source SFU-1204 designation supplies the nominal 4 mm lead used for playback. The helical line is an added illustration; internal balls and return paths are absent. This is a ball-screw reference, not a roller-screw model. No collision, force, speed or durability validation is implied. D435 display polish (3 October 2026): crease-aware normals at 35 degrees replace faceted shading; original vertex positions and topology unchanged. Satin housing and dark optical finishes are explanatory. Optics view fades the enclosure at original assembled positions; the prior artificial separation of merged optical surfaces has been removed. RealSense display polish (6 October 2026): both models use indexed position/normal pairs, retaining every source triangle and its positions. L515 uses 35-degree crease-aware, angle-weighted normals to smooth curved surfaces while retaining hard edges. L515 Inside view hides the enclosure and window; illustrative colours distinguish existing internal surfaces without claiming component identities or material grades. No internal geometry has been invented. Conversion is reproducible with scripts/polish-sensor-cad.py; asset hashes and triangle-position hashes are recorded in provenance JSON. 2026-10-06 licence audit: upstream RealSense ROS wrapper NOTICE retained verbatim in REALSENSE-UPSTREAM-NOTICE.txt for reference. That notice covers the complete upstream ROS package; Korthos distributes only the two converted description meshes, not the listed ROS runtime dependencies. The original Apache-2.0 licence remains in REALSENSE-LICENSE.txt.
