Korthos modification, 2026-10-11: extracted 26 separately selectable components from the original STL surfaces: nine DM-J10010L actuators, fourteen DM-J4340P actuators, the Orange Pi 5 Plus and carrier assembly, the battery envelope and the IMU enclosure. Original link coordinates retained. Large surfaces simplified for browser display. No generated replacement geometry or separately imported vendor CAD. This is a visual reference, not a manufacturing or kinematic validation model.

The battery is the source model's outer pack envelope, without cell internals. Compute includes its carrier and connectors. The power distribution board and cameras are not separately mapped. Component boundaries describe the extracted source surfaces, not a full bill of materials.

Identification checked against RoboParty's assembly manual (waist and IMU p27; arms p31-34; battery p35) and wiring guide (compute and IMU p8), in the hardware repository at revision 4272767a0ab06e238f61f4c50d5ab1d25825d585:

roboto-components.json records the exact zero-based STL triangle indices selected for each component and the original host link. Source mesh hashes are recorded in ROBOTO-MESH-PROVENANCE.json. The conversion script and manifest are provided under CERN-OHL-W-2.0. No endorsement or warranty is implied.

Rebuild: extract roboto-v2-source.zip into an input directory. Install @gltf-transform/core 4.5.1 and meshoptimizer 1.3.0 into a dependency directory. Place build-roboto-components.mjs beside roboto-components.json and run:
node build-roboto-components.mjs <dependency-directory> <input-directory>

roboto-components-source.zip contains the conversion script, manifest, source mesh provenance, this notice and the license. The original source STL files remain available in the adjacent roboto-v2-source.zip and the immutable upstream source above.
