About Coherix
The 3D GlassMaster family measures adhesive-bead width, height, volume and placement at production-line speed. Its adaptive-control layer sends corrective offsets back to the dispensing robot during the process, closing the loop between inspection and motion instead of leaving defects for a downstream quality station.
Coherix systems are used in windshield bonding, battery assembly and automotive body production. The company reports more than 6,000 installations since 2015 across over 50 vehicle manufacturers and 75 Tier One suppliers, giving the control software a substantial base of live dispensing data and production experience.
