About CRP Technology

CRP Technology combines proprietary material formulation with selective laser sintering at its Modena facility. Windform includes carbon-fibre and glass-fibre reinforced grades, alongside flexible materials such as Windform RL and TPU. Customers can obtain functional prototypes and limited production runs, with engineering support for material selection and design for additive manufacturing. Its research team also develops formulations for specific mechanical, thermal, electrical or environmental requirements.

Printed parts can receive manual finishing and solvent-vapour smoothing, which treats surfaces including undercuts and internal sections. CRP Meccanica provides complementary CNC finishing for precision interfaces and metal inserts. The wider CRP manufacturing network includes separate SLS facilities operated by CRP USA and CRP Gulf, while CRP Technology supplies the Italian polymer-printing and material-development expertise. This links powder-based printing, formulation work and finishing within a production service for functional components.
