About Innovaero

Innovaero develops the OWL family of autonomous aerial effectors for Australian and allied defence requirements. OWL-B is an electric long-range loitering munition, OWL-X is a turbojet high-speed strike and counter-UAS platform, and the larger OWL-C is in development for extended-range land and maritime missions.

The Perth-based manufacturer combines aeronautical design, prototyping, flight testing, certification, production and in-service support. A fully subscribed A$40 million IPO announced in September 2026 is financing a new Jandakot headquarters, research and manufacturing facility and further OWL development; ASX trading under INN is scheduled for September 22.
