About Nucleus Robotics

Factory onboarding starts with a three-dimensional scan of the site, followed by simulation, hardware selection and task setup. Nucleus Robotics initially runs machines under human teleoperation, recording interventions, failure cases and task repetitions as training data for each customer environment.

Nucleus is platform-agnostic and selects and modifies partner hardware across manufacturers. Its software coordinates fleet supervision, intervention labelling and model training, while the operating service covers safety planning, shift management and maintenance. Nucleus II is a wheeled dual-arm configuration developed from factory feedback, with payload of up to 10 kilograms per arm and six times the battery capacity of Nucleus I. Initial work remains supervised; the company’s roadmap targets majority-autonomous operations in 2027.
