About Ratel Robotics
Ratel Robotics is a Ukrainian manufacturer of unmanned ground systems developed around battlefield requirements. Its catalogue includes compact Ratel S and Ratel M vehicles, the larger Ratel H robotic complex, Ratel X logistics platform, evacuation carriers and a demining vehicle.
The company moved into ground robotics after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and develops equipment for military, rescue and special operations. Its machines are designed to move supplies, evacuate casualties, carry mission payloads and operate where exposing personnel would be hazardous. The September 2026 Swarmer transaction was announced as an acquisition and had not yet been reported as completed.
