About Titan Medical
Titan Medical developed Enos, a single-access robotic-surgery system intended to deliver a camera and multiple articulated instruments through one patient incision. The programme combined surgeon controls, robotic instrument manipulation, three-dimensional visualisation and compact patient-side hardware for minimally invasive procedures.
Titan entered a development and licensing relationship with Medtronic in 2020. In 2023 it sold selected patent rights to Medtronic and granted further licences over its technology portfolio, ending active development of Enos as an independent commercial system. Titan Medical now represents a historical surgical-robotics programme and intellectual-property business.
