About Zeron
Zeron is a Chinese new-energy intelligent heavy-truck company incorporated on 2 June 2022. It was first established as Shanghai Zeron Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., later operated as Jiangsu Zeron Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., and converted into Jiangsu Zeron Automobile Technology Company Limited on 12 February 2026. The company is headquartered in Taicang and has research and manufacturing operations across Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhu and Shiyan.
Zeron combines purpose-built electric heavy-truck platforms with proprietary autonomy. Its ZERON Self-Driving system uses an end-to-end multimodal model to convert sensor and navigation inputs into driving commands, while its RoboTruck programme targets closed-site L4 operations and progressively broader autonomous freight. Six ZSD-equipped trucks operate in a Guangdong steel-production environment alongside commercial sales of its Xiaoman and Jingzhe vehicle families.
In May 2026, Zeron submitted a Hong Kong listing application documenting its joint-stock legal identity and operating history. The application is a filing-stage public-market process rather than a completed listing.
