Acieta's Automatic Transfer Case Assembly Inspection Cell uses robot handling to connect a hydraulic bushing press, leak testers and dimensional inspection stations. Before insertion, a second robot presents bushings to a thickness gauge and an oiling station. The press monitors force and travel so the assembly operation produces process data alongside the completed part.

Subsequent stations inspect features including bores, mounting holes, threads, joint-face flatness and bushing position. Front and rear pressure-decay tests use dedicated seals, while automatic mastering and calibration artefacts support measurement consistency. Operators can view live readings, press results and statistical process-control charts. The cell therefore combines component preparation, assembly and several forms of quality verification within the transfer-case workflow.
