Acieta's Conveyor Bed and Guard Processing System combines raw-sheet handling, press-brake forming and robotic welding in one manufacturing cell for Hytrol. A robot with vacuum tooling transfers large panels between operations, taking responsibility for positioning and movement through the process. Press-brake tending covers both conveyor-bed panels and formed channels.

Welding cells join the formed components into finished bed and guard assemblies. Coordinating these steps removes the intermediate transfers associated with separate fabrication areas and gives the line a continuous route from sheet material to welded output. Acieta reports an 80% reduction in manufacturing footprint for this installation, alongside increased capacity.
