About Dual Robotic Heavy Case Palletizer

Acieta's Dual Robotic Heavy Case Palletizer uses a FANUC M-410iC with custom end-of-arm tooling to build pallet loads for KanPak. Independently controlled clamping zones secure different case configurations, and support flanges stabilise the underside of heavy cases during transfer. The same tool also handles dunnage, avoiding a tool change between product layers and separation material.

Two build positions allow different products to be palletised concurrently. Automated stretch wrapping then applies the finishing film within the same end-of-line cell, with controlled tension and wrap patterns. This joins case transfer, layer building, dunnage placement and load wrapping into one coordinated packaging workflow.
