About Robotic Dial Assembly Cell

Acieta's Robotic Dial Assembly Cell uses a rotary indexing table to move GE Appliances components through picking, press-fit assembly and inspection. Asyril feeders present small parts to vision-guided robots, which locate components despite variation in their incoming position. The dial coordinates robot and press operations as each assembly advances between stations.

Force-controlled pressing seats components, while Keyence cameras check presence, orientation and assembly quality before work moves downstream. A linear pick-and-place unit transfers completed assemblies to the outbound conveyor. The combination of flexible feeding, controlled insertion and inline checks supports the installation's reported six-second cycle and output of 10,000 parts per day.
