About Robotic Press Brake Automation Cell

Acieta's Robotic Press Brake Automation Cell places a heavy-payload FANUC M-900iB robot on a linear track to serve the bending process. The robot automatically selects among custom vacuum tools for different sheet geometries. A gravity alignment table establishes the blank's orientation before the robot presents it to the press.

The installation uses a Mitsubishi Diamond BH-series hybrid press with a 13-foot bed and up to 250 tons of bending force. Its changeable handling tools allow the cell to process more than 45 part types while automating the repeated lifting and positioning of heavy sheet material. The coordinated handling and press equipment form a complete bending workflow.
