About Brokk 500
Brokk 500 is a remotely operated, tracked demolition machine built for confined or hazardous construction, tunnelling and industrial work. Its three-part arm accepts hydraulic breakers, crushers, drum cutters, drilling equipment and other compatible tools. SmartRemote provides radio or cable control at up to 300 m, keeping the operator away from the immediate work face.
The electric machine uses a 41 kW SmartPower system, weighs 5,200 kg before options and attachments, and supports a recommended attachment mass of 700 kg. With the referenced breaker it reaches 7.3 m vertically and 7.0 m horizontally; maximum travel speed is 2.5 km/h and rated climbing inclination is 30 percent. Attachment selection changes stability, reach and the suitable workflow, so published figures must be read with the relevant load diagram.
