About Pedestal Sortation Robot

Django Robotics’ Pedestal Sortation Robot is a compact autonomous mobile carrier for parcel and tote movement in warehouses. The 450-by-450-millimetre load platform carries up to 20 kilograms, while QR-code navigation and positioning accuracy below 10 millimetres support repeatable transfers between induction, routing and destination points.

The robot runs for at least eight hours and recharges in no more than 1.5 hours. It travels at up to 2 metres per second unloaded and 1.5 metres per second with cargo. Safety equipment includes a collision strip, emergency stop, depth camera and radar. Wi-Fi connectivity and standard API and warehouse-management interfaces allow the fleet to receive assignments from the surrounding sortation system.
