About Cobot Palletizer
Vention Cobot Palletizer is an end-of-line stacking cell operated through the company's palletizing software. Operators create pallet patterns through a graphical interface, while the surrounding conveyor and gripper configuration is adapted to the packaging process. Remote technical support is accessible directly through the touchscreen.
At packaging manufacturer Polykar, Vention deployed two cobot palletizers in Edmonton with dual infeeds and support for different stock-keeping units. The arrangement was subsequently replicated in Montreal. Vention also trained operators and managers during installation. This example shows how the system combines the physical stacking equipment with pattern creation, line integration and ongoing operator support.
