About xPizza One

xPizza One was xRobotics' first stationary pizza-assembly system, using computer-controlled dispensers to distribute sauce, cheese and selected toppings over prepared dough. The process resembled additive deposition: recipes governed ingredient quantities and placement while kitchen staff retained dough preparation, loading, baking and finishing. Contemporary material linked by xRobotics described configurations with up to 23 topping choices and output claims around 150 pizzas per hour.

The company subsequently shifted its commercial range to xPizza Cube, a smaller topping robot rated at up to 100 pizzas per hour and currently offered in the United States and Canada.
