The first phase represents €20 million of investment and is currently assembly-led. Workers demonstrated humanoid assembly, camera and motion calibration, and testing, while the share of components made locally has not been disclosed. Serbian officials are targeting more than 5,000 robots assembled annually in Šabac. President Aleksandar Vučić described assembly as the initial step, with deeper production expected later. Longer term, the broader project is targeting annual capacity of up to 20,000 humanoids and robot dogs. That is planned capacity rather than current output, orders or shipments. The Serbia expansion also includes a planned €200 million Robotics Industrial Park in Inđija, spanning robots, drones, batteries and other advanced manufacturing.
