Investors include Zhilai Investment, Yonghua Investment, Maotian Investment, Yuanhe Chenkun, Guoke Kezhi and Luning Investment, according to the 26 October financing announcement. The capital will support product manufacturing and deliveries, development of embodied control models and market expansion. Founded in 2023, the company develops robot hardware, dexterous hands and control systems. Its announced portfolio includes the full-size CASBOT 02 humanoid, the wheeled-arm CASBOT W2 and the smaller CASBOT Mini. The business previously raised nearly RMB100 million in a June 2025 A round led by precision-manufacturing group Lens Technology. Footwear production is one of its principal industrial applications. CASBOT began testing an insole-stamping robot at a factory in Putian in August 2025 and subsequently secured work with footwear manufacturers. In its latest operating update, the company reports more than RMB400 million of footwear-robot orders on hand in 2026 and equipment production schedules reaching several thousand units. Its CASBOT PA perception-to-action model links visual observations, action generation, kinematics and execution on physical hardware. The company says the lightweight model supports training on a single consumer GPU and has been tested with robot arms at footwear-production workstations. Those deployments provide task data for improving manipulation policies and adapting systems to specific factory processes. CASBOT is also developing systems for hazardous underground work. A joint venture established in June 2025 with Shandong Zhaojin and Shandong Zhongkuang focuses on mining applications including explosives loading and safety patrols. The company says a loading robot has entered field training in a working mine, with development addressing remote operation, dust, moisture and unstable communications.
