The companies cited accuracy above 99%, speeds up to ten times conventional drilling and more than 300 cumulative weeks removed from project schedules. The schedule figure aggregates work across the programme. The figures extend the system’s 2026 rollout. At its January introduction, DEWALT reported more than 90,000 holes at 99.97% accuracy and 80 cumulative weeks saved across ten construction projects. When commercial orders opened in July, totals had reached more than 230,000 holes across 26 construction phases and 190 weeks saved. The October update adds at least 155,000 holes and 18 phases to that reported activity. DALE drills concrete anchor holes for server-rack stops and supports for mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations. August Robotics provides the autonomous mobile platform and fleet coordination, while DEWALT integrates drilling tools and dust management. Fast-swap batteries, remote monitoring, automatic dust extraction and AI-assisted quality checks support repeated drilling over large construction floors. The update accompanied DALE’s selection for Fast Company’s 2026 Next Big Things in Tech awards. The operating results are manufacturer-reported programme totals; the October accuracy figure is less precise than the 99.97% reported in January and does not by itself establish a measured change in accuracy.
