Meituan Longzhu led the C+ round and Meituan led the D round. The combined figure covers both transactions; individual round sizes and a valuation were not disclosed. Other participants included Yongxin Capital, the Shishan Phase II fund and Su Chuangtou. Existing shareholders Guolian Minsheng Capital, Su Chantou and Qingliu Capital also reinvested. The proceeds will fund additional manufacturing capacity for core components and expansion and research in industrial embodied AI. FAIRINO develops FR-series collaborative robot arms and specialised welding and commercial variants. Its production strategy includes controllers, encoders, servo drives, servo motors, brakes and harmonic reducers developed and manufactured in-house. Applications include machine loading, palletising, welding, grinding, assembly and inspection. The company is extending that platform through ART industrial force-controlled arms and AIRLab development tools. The financing supports both those products and the upstream component capacity used in its robots. FAIRINO also projected 18,000 global robot orders in 2026, up 68%, with overseas sales growth of 87%; these were company forecasts rather than completed annual deliveries.
