The Shanghai company framed the showing around embodied-intelligence hardware, but the more concrete signal is its product mix: humanoids, electric-drive systems, lightweight joint modules, collaborative arms, and a six-degree-of-freedom bionic hand. Ti5 was founded in 2020 and describes its work around electric-drive systems, humanoid robots, and high-precision robotics for human-robot collaboration. Its company material emphasizes one-stop procurement of robot core hardware, modular joints, and lower-cost development. That makes the humanoids part of a component-supplier strategy rather than a standalone showpiece. The T170A is presented as a biped platform with bionic joints and multimodal sensing for precision assembly and soft gripping. The T170D adds a wheeled base, autonomous navigation, and 360-degree vision for industrial or security patrol scenarios. Ti5 also lists humanoid platforms under the Yaoguang and Mozhai names, with details including binocular vision, long-range lidar, seven-degree-of-freedom arms, and leg joints arranged across hip, knee, and ankle movement. The component stack is the more defensible part of the story. Lightweight joint modules can serve robots, exoskeletons, and medical systems. Cool Hand is listed as a 480-gram bionic hand with six degrees of freedom. Those products give Ti5 a route to sell into the humanoid supply chain even if its own full robots take longer to prove customer value. The competitive field includes Chinese humanoid developers such as Unitree, Fourier, AgiBot, EngineAI, and UBTECH, as well as component suppliers building actuators, joints, hands, and drive systems for robot OEMs. Ti5's distinction is the supplier-led path: humanoid platforms help demonstrate the joints, hands, drives, and sensing packages the company wants other builders to use. HANNOVER gave Ti5 a global industrial venue, but public evidence is still thin on named deployments, repeated task performance, uptime, safety validation, production volume, and customer economics. The strategic test is whether Ti5 can convert humanoid visibility into component demand.
