Founded in late 2025, the company now has more than 60 people. Design of its first commercial platform, Vesoma 1, is complete and the first units are being built; a full unveiling is planned for early 2027. Co-founder Nikolai Ensslen previously founded robotics-control company Synapticon. Martin Riedmiller joined from Google DeepMind after more than a decade working on reinforcement learning and robotic control. Vesoma’s earlier internal humanoid platform is separate from Vesoma 1. Built in the company’s first months, it supports control and learning development. The company says it combines kinematic planning with learned dynamic tracking and stabilisation. https://x.com/nikensslen/status/2099454348782612916?s=20 Vesoma says it is in discussions with prospective customers across its initial target industries.
