FLIR acquires Aria Insights drone assets
FLIR acquired Aria Insights' tethered-drone intellectual property and selected operating assets after the company ceased operations.
Evidence notes
- The transaction included intellectual property, multiple patents and selected operating assets from the former CyPhy Works.
- FLIR said it would integrate the assets into its Unmanned Systems and Integrated Solutions division after Aria ceased operations in March 2019.
