Ninano and Pulmuone launch Nanjido drone-delivery pilot
Ninano Company, Pulmuone and Dangjin City began a live pilot delivering fresh and frozen food by drone to residents and visitors on Nanjido.
Evidence notes
- Pulmuone stocks refrigerated and frozen goods at a local micro-fulfilment hub, while customers order through the Chulchul Box app and Ninano drones carry purchases to designated pickup points.
- Flights take about 7-10 minutes and can carry 8-10 kg; ordering is available from 10:00 to 16:00 and delivery is free to residents during the pilot.
- A July 31 flight was a demonstration, while September 8 marks the start of the live island service.
