Neuromeka signs KRW180B Pohang robot-foundry partnership
Neuromeka, Pohang City and North Gyeongsang Province signed an investment MOU for a KRW180 billion physical-AI robot foundry in Pohang.
Evidence notes
- The KRW40 billion first phase is planned to add Neuromeka production lines plus OEM, ODM, validation and low-volume manufacturing for other robotics companies.
- A later KRW140 billion phase is intended to add a robot-data foundry and an AI data centre dedicated to robot inference services.
- Construction is targeted for November 2026, with completion and full operation planned for December 2027.
