ABB launches IRB 6730S and IRB 6760 industrial robots
ABB launched the shelf-mounted IRB 6730S and press-tending IRB 6760 as part of an expansion of its OmniCore-powered large industrial robot portfolio.
Evidence notes
- The IRB 6730S is a shelf-mounted family intended to increase robot density for processes including die casting, injection moulding and spot welding.
- The IRB 6760 targets mid-sized press lines, with output up to 15 strokes per minute when paired with its carbon-fibre tooling boom.
- The new models debuted at Automatica in Munich from June 24–27, 2025.
