• 2024-11-14 - Deployment - igm reports new welding-system integration at Volvo in France - The facility has six specialised robotic welding systems. Two systems serve upper frames; the other four handle booms, side members, central parts and arms. • 2024-07-31 - Deployment - igm details automated wheel-loader fabrication at Liebherr Bischofshofen - Two RSX welding stations each use an RTE478-S robot mounted on a rotary boom. An RTE H650 handling robot travels on a ground track between the stations. The handling system automatically exchanges workpiece fixtures and stores them in a rack. - source: igm-group.com
• 2023-03-10 - Deployment - igm welding installation inaugurated at SBS in Hungary - The TLA3 overhead slide carries a seven-axis RTE477-S robot. A five-tonne L-manipulator and adjustable five-tonne headstock accommodate large assemblies. The equipment welds chassis, booms and bogies weighing up to ten tonnes. - source: igm-group.com
