Naïo's agricultural robots restarted through a new company that preserved only part of the former operation
SAS Naïo Technologies entered judicial recovery in June 2025, and a court-approved transfer plan later moved part of its activity to a newly created company, SAS Naïo, preserving about twenty jobs. The restarted business continues the Naïo name, its four agricultural-robot product lines and customer-support activity with new financing and leadership. That is meaningful product and service continuity, but it is not an uninterrupted survival of the former legal company or its larger pre-recovery organisation.
