Richtech is becoming both a robot supplier and the operator of robot-centred hospitality businesses
Richtech's business now spans robot product sales, service and RaaS contracts, while its AlphaMax subsidiary also operates company-owned and franchise-oriented robotic restaurant concepts. Revenue or location counts can therefore arise from selling automation, providing robot functionality over time or operating hospitality sites that use the robots; those activities do not measure the same kind of customer robot adoption.
