Seegrid entered Chapter 11 in 2009 after its original financing model failed. Giant Eagle, already a customer and investor, provided the route out and became controlling owner, allowing the vision-guided vehicle business to continue. Today's fleet reflects a real operating recovery, not uninterrupted corporate stability.
