ASX-listed PathKey completed its acquisition of Singapore AI-native semiconductor-design company Chipforge.

Pathkey.AI is an ASX-listed technology group spanning AI decision software and AI-native semiconductor design. Formerly Opyl, it operates the TrialKey clinical-development platform and acquired Singapore-based Chipforge in June 2026. Through Chipforge, Pathkey is entering defence and autonomous systems with FPGA prototyping, vision-processing IP and hardware acceleration for mission-critical edge workloads.
