AgiBot says A3 Ultra has completed thousand-unit-scale production validation

AgiBot says its full-size humanoid has cleared automotive-grade production validation at thousand-unit scale, with new footage showing service workflows.

AgiBot says its A3 Ultra full-size humanoid has completed production validation at thousand-unit scale under automotive-grade manufacturing standards, marking a new manufacturing milestone for its latest bipedal platform.

The A3 Ultra was formally unveiled in July as AgiBot’s newest full-size humanoid. The company positions it for public-facing commercial and service environments alongside its wider A, G and X series robot portfolio. AgiBot’s official launch announcement describes the platform as a full-size humanoid for long-duration operation and real-world workflows.

Alongside the production update, AgiBot released footage showing A3 Ultra units operating across car dealerships, hotels and convenience retail. Demonstrated tasks included reception, vehicle explanation, room cleaning, bed making, towel folding, restocking, material handling and patrol, as described in the footage report.

AgiBot’s A3 Ultra product page describes thousand-unit-scale production across multiple product generations, alongside 92-step inspection, automotive-grade standards and endurance validation, but does not give an A3 Ultra delivery count.

AgiBot already operates at comparatively high manufacturing volume across its broader portfolio. The company said its 15,000th robot rolled off the production line in June 2026; the official announcement identifies that milestone unit as a G2, so the figure covers multiple robot forms.
