Antioch Raises $32M to Scale High-Fidelity Simulation for Physical AI

The Greylock-led round will expand Antioch’s cloud simulation platform as robotics teams move more testing and validation away from physical hardware.

Antioch has raised a $32 million Series A led by Greylock to expand its simulation platform for robotics, autonomy and other Physical AI systems.

The round also included A*, Category Ventures, BoxGroup and Icehouse Ventures, alongside angel investors including Palantir CTO Shyam Sankar, Foxglove CEO Adrian Macneil and NVIDIA executive Ian Andrews.

Antioch is building a high-fidelity simulation environment designed to let teams develop, test and validate autonomous systems before committing more work to physical hardware. The company says its platform can scale from a single experiment to thousands of parallel evaluations, with simulations calibrated to each customer’s actual hardware.

Every physical test consumes hardware time, engineering resources and resets, while many edge cases are difficult or costly to reproduce consistently. Antioch is trying to move more of that validation loop into simulation without losing confidence in how results transfer back to the real system.

The company says it is already working with teams including Amazon Ring, where simulation is being used to increase test coverage before deployment. Ring says Antioch’s simulated results have closely matched held-out physical tests, allowing more development work to move into simulation and reducing reliance on expensive physical test programs.

Antioch is also integrating with NVIDIA’s Physical AI stack, including Omniverse, Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab, while working with Nebius on infrastructure for large-scale simulation workloads. The combination is intended to let robotics teams run thousands of scenarios in parallel and shorten the path from model development to real-world deployment.

Antioch says demand is coming from robotics, drones, industrial automation and fixed-perception systems, giving it exposure across several parts of the Physical AI stack.

The new capital will be used to expand the engineering team, deepen the simulation platform and accelerate product development.
