ANYbotics announced an additional $60 million financing on 12 December 2024, led by Qualcomm Ventures and Supernova Invest with participation from TDK Ventures. The Zurich company said cumulative funding exceeded $130 million. The investment will support US expansion and wider deployment of its industrial inspection robots.

ANYmal carries visual, thermal and other sensors through industrial facilities to collect equipment-condition data. ANYbotics serves energy, power, metals, mining and chemical operators and had recently opened a Silicon Valley office. Named customers included BP, Equinor, Petrobras, Novelis and Outokumpu.

The company plans hardware and software improvements, including onboard GPUs for faster processing and anomaly detection, alongside stronger service and integration support. Existing investors include Walden Catalyst, NGP Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Swisscanto and Swisscom Ventures. The financing supports expansion of an established inspection business and its engineering and customer-support teams.
