Bear Robotics is building Servi Plus into restaurant service fleets

Servi Plus, 40 kg tray capacity, and Bear Universe fleet control give Bear Robotics a restaurant service automation path.

Bear Robotics launched Servi Plus in 2023. It carries up to 16 main dishes or about 40 kilograms through restaurant service areas. Source

The Servi Plus product material focuses on narrow dining-room movement and tray stability during food and drink service. The same material states that 30 robots operate at Bangijeong restaurant.

Bear Robotics company history records 31,400 Servi miles by May 2021 and more than 247,500 miles by January 2022.

Bear was founded in 2017 by John Ha after operating in the restaurant industry.
