ENGINEAI launches T800 full-size humanoid for industrial tasks

ENGINEAI has launched T800, a full-size humanoid offered from RMB180,000 (approximately US$25,400 at the December 2025 exchange rate), as it expands from locomotion demonstrations toward industrial and commercial applications. The 2 December launch introduces four configurations spanning a basic model, an open-source edition, Pro and Max versions.

The company says T800 underwent three complete redesigns during almost a year of development. Its presentation emphasises physical capability and whole-body motion, with a full-size structure intended to support work in environments built around people.

T800 joins ENGINEAI’s SE01 and PM01 platforms. Those earlier robots established the company’s work on walking and dynamic movement, while the new range adds configurations intended to address different levels of developer access and application requirements.

ENGINEAI offered T800 in four configurations at launch, with the RMB180,000 starting price attached to the basic version and separate open-source, Pro and Max editions. The company had previously introduced SE01 for full-size bipedal locomotion and PM01 for developer access, while T800 extends that hardware range toward higher-load applications. ENGINEAI also expanded its manufacturing footprint after the release, announcing a second T800 production base; the factory development belongs to its subsequent industrialisation timeline.
