Inovance debuts H1 wheeled humanoid on automotive welding demonstration line

Shenzhen-based automation supplier Inovance Technology (SZSE: 300124) has debuted its H1 wheeled humanoid at CIIF 2026, demonstrating robot-assisted materials handling within an automotive body-welding line. H1 combines two seven-axis arms with precision force control and a mobile base, using vision guidance to load, unload and reposition workpieces alongside an arc-welding robot. The demonstration does not establish that H1 performs the welding itself or that it has entered scaled customer deployment.

H1's industrial configuration includes full-body liquid cooling, IP54 protection and hot-swappable batteries, with Inovance positioning it for factory conditions rather than consumer-facing tasks. The exhibit integrates the company's controllers, drives, industrial robots and machine vision, along with standardized process modules, digital-twin validation and predictive maintenance. Inovance also reports WiTSnet network synchronization jitter below 10 nanoseconds across ten nodes and INO AIR wireless coordination of 128 axes, figures presented as company specifications rather than independently tested benchmarks.

Founded in 2003, Inovance already supplies motion control, industrial automation, robotic systems and electric powertrain technology; H1 extends that portfolio from enabling equipment into a humanoid robot body integrated with its factory-control stack. The CIIF disclosure contains no H1 customer order volume, commercial price, production capacity or delivery schedule, so the current milestone is the public robot debut and demonstration of a manufacturing workflow.
