Körber takes strategic stake in NAiSE to expand mixed robot fleet management
The investment deepens an existing partnership around coordinating autonomous and manually operated vehicles in warehouses and production sites.

Körber has announced a strategic equity investment in NAiSE, extending an existing collaboration in warehouse and production logistics. The German software company develops fleet management for vehicles from different manufacturers. Körber plans to integrate the platform more closely with its supply-chain offering and support international expansion.
NAiSE’s software coordinates automated guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robots and manually operated industrial trucks through a shared control layer. It connects those vehicles with warehouse management, execution and control systems, giving operators a way to organise mixed fleets across equipment suppliers and existing software environments.
The integration addresses sites where separate vehicle systems must share production and warehouse space. A common orchestration layer can connect transport tasks and vehicle movements across those systems. Körber and NAiSE intend to deepen those links within Körber’s warehouse solutions while continuing to develop NAiSE’s production-logistics applications.
Founded in 2017, NAiSE had financed itself before this investment. Founders Kai Przybysz-Herz, Robert Libert and Raphael Kusumoto will retain operational management. The company will continue working with additional vehicle manufacturers and system integrators, while Körber provides industrial expertise and access to its customer network.
The partners also plan to explore further intralogistics applications, including humanoid robots. That work would extend the coordination software into another class of machines operating alongside the AGVs, AMRs and manual vehicles already covered by the platform.
