Lightwheel Opens 100,000 Hours of Physical-AI Training Data
The release sits on top of a commercial data operation reporting 300,000+ hours delivered, 20,000+ hours collected weekly and roughly $100M in Q1 infrastructure orders.
Lightwheel is releasing 100,000 hours of annotated egocentric human data, with the first 10,000-hour tranche now live through gated access on Hugging Face.
The EgoSuite-Open100K collection spans more than 15,000 tasks and scenes. Its repositories carry a commercial-training-no-resale licence, allowing commercial model training while restricting redistribution.
The dataset cards detail synchronized 3D hand-pose annotations, a full-body-pose subset and temporal event-level semantic labels. The first release also includes head-and-wrist-view data in the 10,000-hour EgoPro line.
The company says it has delivered more than 300,000 hours of egocentric data, with collections running across seven countries and producing more than 20,000 hours of demonstrations each week.
Lightwheel also reported approximately $100 million in Q1 2026 orders across simulation, data generation, evaluation and deployment-oriented systems.
Lightwheel and PICO are co-developing general-purpose hardware for human demonstration data, while its MANUS partnership combines high-precision hand tracking with Lightwheel's data and simulation pipeline for dexterous robot training.
