Mobileye reports 2025 revenue of $1.89B and expanded Volkswagen robotaxi programme
Annual growth and cash generation accompany a larger automotive pipeline and Volkswagen’s long-term robotaxi targets.

Mobileye reported 2025 revenue of $1.894 billion on 22 January 2026, up 15% year on year, with $602 million in operating cash flow and approximately $1.8 billion in year-end cash. Fourth-quarter revenue declined 9% to $446 million, primarily because EyeQ system-on-chip volumes fell 11% as Tier-1 customers balanced inventories.
The company’s eight-year expected automotive revenue pipeline reached $24.5 billion, 42% above its previous update at the end of 2022. The estimate reflects design wins and projected customer production volumes. It includes follow-on driver-assistance business with its ten largest customers, two additional automakers and an expanded advanced-driving portfolio within Volkswagen Group. It is a forecast of future programme revenue rather than cash already earned.
Volkswagen Autonomous Mobility outlined plans for commercial robotaxi services in six cities by the end of 2027 and more than 100,000 self-driving vehicles by the end of 2033. Mobileye said it was advancing toward safety-driver removal and commercialisation beginning in 2026. Those fleet and city figures remained targets at the results date.
Mobileye also reiterated its agreement to acquire Mentee Robotics, expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, extending its work into humanoids. Its initial 2026 guidance projected revenue of $1.9 billion to $1.98 billion and adjusted operating income of $170 million to $220 million. The guidance assumed consolidation of Mentee after closing.
