Neolix raises nearly $400M Series E for autonomous delivery expansion
The financing supports local service hubs and robot-driving model training as Neolix expands its delivery network internationally.

Neolix Technologies has announced nearly $400 million in Series E financing co-led by Boyu Capital and an undisclosed national-level fund. The 20 October financing brings the Chinese autonomous-delivery developer’s cumulative fundraising above RMB10 billion. Participants include Alibaba’s AEF NextGen Fund, Monolith Management, Granite Asia and Vertex Growth, alongside returning shareholders including Stone Venture, Trustar Capital and Yunqi Partners.
The company plans to invest in local service hubs across major regional markets, expand its customer-fulfilment network and improve training-data loops for end-to-end driving models. Those investments cover the operational infrastructure needed to support vehicles after deployment, alongside software development aimed at improving safety, vehicle performance and lifetime operating costs.
Founded in 2018, Neolix develops Level 4 delivery vehicles for parcel distribution, retail replenishment, cold-chain transport and industrial logistics. Its official product and application portfolio combines autonomous-driving software, electric vehicle platforms and operations support. The company announced more than $600 million in Series D financing during 2025, supporting an earlier phase of algorithm development and commercial expansion.
International activity has expanded through named regional projects. Neolix announced plans for a European headquarters in Luxembourg in September, alongside its IAA Transportation appearance, and has been working with Espaces-Mobilités and Stalem on a Brussels pilot. Its June approval for sandbox testing in Malaysia covers autonomous delivery work in Cyberjaya with local partners. The Series E adds capital for the local support and service networks needed across those markets.
