Pickle Robot and Ambi Robotics demonstrate integrated unloading and palletising

Pickle Robot and Ambi Robotics announced an integrated inbound-logistics system on 30 June 2026, connecting automated trailer unloading with package palletising. The companies developed the commercial integration in response to demand from Fortune 500 retail and logistics operators.

Pickle’s robots unload cases from trailers and transfer them to a conveyor feeding AmbiStack. Ambi’s system then identifies, scans and stacks the cases for downstream handling. The arrangement connects two specialised manipulation systems through the receiving workflow and is designed to use existing warehouse infrastructure.

The companies said the integration avoids a major facility redesign and allows operators to combine equipment from different vendors. Pickle handles variable loads inside trailers, while AmbiStack manages package identification and stable stacking. The release establishes the integrated workflow without identifying customers or a combined throughput measurement.
