Pickle Robot reports 1.5 million pounds unloaded at Randa distribution centre
Randa’s Fort Worth installation reports a cumulative unloading milestone after entering production in October 2024.

Pickle Robot and Randa Apparel & Accessories announced on 8 January 2025 that a robot at Randa’s Fort Worth distribution centre had unloaded more than 1.5 million pounds of merchandise. The system had been in production since mid-October 2024, handling containers of pants, shirts and accessories.
Each container held approximately 800–1,200 cases weighing up to 30 pounds apiece. The robot unloads the floor-loaded cartons while warehouse associates supervise its work and manage downstream processes. Pickle’s manipulation system addresses tightly packed and irregularly arranged freight, a task that otherwise requires workers to handle cases individually inside hot or cold trailers.
Randa’s chief logistics officer said the company had searched for a viable container-unloading system for more than five years. The installation provides a measured production reference following Pickle’s November 2024 Series B. The 1.5-million-pound result is cumulative merchandise handled at this site.
