Reflex Robotics selects Manufacturo to manage robot production and traceability
The production-software agreement connects build procedures, inventory and quality records as Reflex expands manufacturing of its general-purpose industrial robots.

Reflex Robotics has selected Manufacturo’s cloud manufacturing-management platform to manage production of its general-purpose robots for factories and warehouses. Announced on 28 April 2026, the agreement covers build execution, inventory, quality operations and records that trace each unit’s configuration through manufacturing.
Digital procedures standardise the work performed on the factory floor, while configuration control tracks design revisions and the components incorporated into finished robots. The quality workflows manage nonconformances, approvals and release decisions. Production, quality and operations teams use a shared system to follow work in progress and retain the history of what was built.
The manufacturing programme follows Reflex’s September 2024 pilot agreement with GXO. The partners began developing tote-transfer, picking and other warehouse applications in an omnichannel fulfilment operation for a Fortune 100 retailer. The Robots-as-a-Service arrangement uses human demonstrations to develop robot autonomy as the systems accumulate operating experience.
In February 2026, Nuevo León officials announced plans for a Reflex manufacturing facility in Monterrey, intended to support production and robotic operations serving factories in Mexico and the United States. The Manufacturo selection provides the production-control layer for Reflex’s expansion, connecting engineering changes to assembly instructions, component records and quality checks across successive robot builds.
