SAVOYE is building AiRVOS into warehouse execution control
SAVOYE published its AiRVOS WES record on April 30, 2025, placing warehouse execution around order sequencing, equipment saturation, and multi-system visibility.

SAVOYE North America published its AiRVOS warehouse execution system record on April 30, 2025, around the ProMat 2025 showcase in Chicago. The product targets saturation across mixed warehouse subsystems: shuttles, robots, ASRS, sorters, picking stations, and pick-to-light equipment moving at different rates.
AiRVOS is built to measure capacity in real time, release priority work, and coordinate subsystems through one WMS-facing execution layer. SAVOYE says the software sequences orders according to customer priority constraints, operator efficiency, and physical equipment capacity, while estimating lead time across picking, inventory, replenishment, temporary storage, packing, and palletizing.
The useful role is decision-making between systems, not dashboard visibility alone. SAVOYE describes continuous load balancing, real-time equipment status, sensor data visibility, and a nano-service architecture for connecting third-party subsystems. That puts AiRVOS in the position of deciding where work should enter the automated system when capacity is uneven.
SAVOYE company material records 740 employees across EMEA, more than 1,000 equipped platforms, more than 700 WMS-controlled warehouses, deployments in more than 40 countries, and 141 million euros of turnover in 2024. That gives AiRVOS a portfolio base across packaging, WMS, WCS, conveyor, shuttle, and goods-to-person systems.
The competitive field includes Körber, Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Honeywell Momentum WES, Dematic software, KNAPP KiSoft, Swisslog SynQ, TGW WCS, and integrators building warehouse execution layers around mixed automation. SAVOYE's distinction is the connection between its own automation portfolio and a WES designed to coordinate third-party subsystems as warehouse load changes.
The proof boundary is deployment maturity. Public material treats AiRVOS as a 2025 WES product surface and does not confirm named live customers before the ProMat record. It also does not publish customer count, order-release accuracy, saturation reduction, deployment time, or labor savings by facility.
If AiRVOS can keep warehouse work flowing across uneven subsystems, SAVOYE can sell execution control as the layer that protects automation investment after installation. The strategic value is turning mixed equipment into a coordinated operating system instead of leaving each machine to optimize locally.
