Sojo Industries raises $40M to expand mobile robotic packaging and traceability
S2G Investments backs the expansion of transportable packaging lines, operated facilities and traceability software.

Sojo Industries announced $40 million in financing from S2G Investments on 12 June 2025 to expand its mobile robotic packaging systems, operated packaging centres and traceability software. The Bristol, Pennsylvania company serves food, beverage, e-commerce and consumer-goods businesses requiring variety packs and changing packaging formats.
Its Sojo Flight system consists of transportable manufacturing lines that can package products at customer facilities. Sojo says a line can become operational in as little as one hour, avoiding the need to ship products to a separate contract-packing location. Customers can also use the company’s network of operated sortation and assembly facilities.
Sojo Shield provides product tracking, geolocation, inventory information and supply-chain analytics. The company reported that its platform had helped customers avoid more than five million freight miles. The financing will support additional Flight deployments, development of Shield and further automation across its packaging network. The release did not identify the financing as a specific venture-round stage.
