Yarbo raises approximately $27M Series B for modular yard robot production

Yarbo announced approximately $27 million in Series B financing on 18 April 2025 to increase production, strengthen its supply chain and expand product development and international distribution. The company’s tracked robot uses a common autonomous base with interchangeable attachments for mowing, snow clearing and leaf blowing.

The platform grew out of Snowbot, the snow-removal project with which the company began in 2015. Yarbo reported raising more than $3.45 million through crowdfunding in 2022 and receiving more than 6,000 full-payment pre-orders during its 2024 direct-to-consumer campaign. Those pre-orders describe sales commitments rather than a completed delivery total.

A trimmer attachment was approaching mass production after an April launch event. Further development covered additional seasonal tasks, while the company sought distributors in North America and Europe and planned wider expansion into Japan and Australia. The financing will also support recruitment, product iteration and pre-IPO preparation.
