Wisk's autonomous aircraft still depends on supervised fleet operations
Wisk is designing an aircraft with no pilot onboard, but its operating concept includes ground supervisors monitoring multiple aircraft. Autonomous flight therefore removes the onboard pilot without removing human operational oversight, and certification progress should not be described as unsupervised passenger service.
